The Royal Seascope Submarine is the only Hurghada trip that doesn't involve getting in the water — you view the reef through large windows below the waterline. Every other Egypt Sunmarine trip (Pirates Sailing Boat, Elite VIP Cruise, Nefertari Cruise, and others) includes snorkeling as part of the day.
Pirates Sailing Boat and Elite VIP Cruise are both built around snorkeling, with guided stops at reef sites. Elite VIP includes more stops and equipment; Pirates offers a more traditional sailing-ship atmosphere.
